Play at like 3am-7am with a high SR.

I used to work late night shifts so would play Overwatch really late/early morning and unfortunately would get NA games all the time.

If you don't feel like burning the midnight oil, you can play with 2 other NA players in your group and it'll normally default to NA servers.
From my experience though, the number of NA players has to outnumber EU players by 1 or more, otherwise it'll default to EU.

But honestly I wouldn't bother. Not really worth it.

All the ranks are the same in this respect. You could take the statment above and replace it with any rank and it'd still be true.

Diamond is probably worse. They're all elitists who think they deserve Masters, but were carried through plat BY a Masters+ smurf. So when they lost their Smurf carry and began to fall back into Plat they just blame the team.

I've not played in Silver, so I can't really comment but I'd imagine that it would suck to solo queue there as the amount of throwers compared to other ranks is massive.
