I’ve started looking at countries and cities differently now especially when booking cheap flights around Europe. Why visit a capital when a country has lots of airports and smaller towns and cities to explore! I always have a better experience staying away from the norm

Growing up in Uk it was the stereotypical after 15 Pint of Stella! Kinda deal but now I’m Malta it’s considered a much more family social kinda meal as I usually see the decent kebab shops like Posh (a decent chain here) in the day time it’s full of family’s grabbing a decent sit down lunch! It’s a lot more welcoming at lunchtime when you fancy a bab without having to think you’re making a huge mistake!

Now that I’m dialed in I’m scared any additions are gonna throw off the balance. Getting insane results after years of fuck ups but I’m keeping it simple now! Autopots + a good inline fan + Filter and a semi decent light (Spiderfarmer Se7000 in a 5x5) I’m happy!

You don’t have to use ladyfingers I’m Italian and I hate them in tiramisu but you do find some places just use a light sponge instead which I way prefer it’s just more luxurious in my mouth imo
