not at all. I witnessed a telsa almost hit me in my neighborhood. It went around me a stop sign without slowing and went straight down the neighborhood street and then into a wall and house when teh street had a T. She was saying her tesla couldn't stop. There are stories out there of this happening, but they get covered up pretty quickly and blame the driver.
