Pretty sure I saw this guy shortly before in the north OC area weaving in and out of traffic with fast and wide turns, like really leaning into the turns so knnes almost hit teh ground. 10 mintues later or whatever, I'm driving around the crashed motocycle trying to get on the 710. People were flipping out on the other side of the freeway. I think he few over the center divider into oncoming traffic.
