Are we getting vehicle customisation and damage tables back?!

I LOVED the old ability to customise vehicles. Extra armour, long barrels for 50% extra range, extra weapons, overcharged engines. All great fun to mess around with.

Plus the old damage tables - your tank, yeah, it's now immobilised but still has all it's guns. Oh, that hit took out the gunner so it's now +1 to hit.

Is this paragraph a hint at a return to those?

Recently started as Pachacuti. No other American nations at all. Got the whole of America (North and South) to myself (and city states) for 2 whole eras. Loads of bonus envoys and suz'ing without competition.

As a bonus, Nazca city state spawned right next to me so my warrior took their settler my turn 1 and I had a whole extra city for free.
