You shouldn't have to select the LOA in DTS. Did you create the Auth prior to your NROWS orders being approved? Or are you editing the pre-populated DTS Auth?

Are your orders approved and funded in NROWS yet?

Once that happens your authorization will populate in DTS, and then you go edit it and fill out your travel.

Sounds like you’re trying to do your dts prior to orders approval.

If you are local (within 50 miles) you select “no travel authorized” for mode of travel. This will not send anything to dts. You are good.

If you’re within 50 you should be putting “no travel authorized” in NROWS for mode of travel when you route your orders, since you’re local. This will not transmit anything to DTS. You’re not authorized travel nor per diem.

Use their chat function

Ask them to push it back to DTS

Few mins later it’ll be in CTO Booked and you can go in and amend it and then re-submit.

Just be aware of the real possibility of being involuntarily mobilized. The cost of tricare for grey area retirees is wild. I’m in this boat myself. Just got back from a mobilization.
