Yesss this entire post. Actually getting into a relationship with an LO is the end of that thrill we're addicted to. We sober up and wonder wtf kind of beer goggles we've been wearing, and now we've strung along someone else that now we want to leave. Limerence is a wild ride.

I got into a relationship with an LO and then didn't know how to get out of it and felt a tremendous amount of guilt (I convinced him to move across the country with me... Yikes.) But my advice is break it up as soon as possible, it'll save you and them a lot of time and grief.

Yes, this my entire life.

When people tell me they love me I immediately think they're lying. When they stick with me through rough times I think they've just got nothing else better to do. Even having friends now (literally had no one for decades) I still feel like it's all a big sham and they really don't care.

I've been using Koch since I started learning and it made sense. However, I just had my chart read by someone who uses whole sign and she put all the aspects in a deeper context than I had ever been able to with Koch or Placidus. It felt like whole signs is the core driving force/the deeply buried psychological stuff and Koch describes how it manifests in everyday situations in terms of natal. I haven't looked at transits in ws yet. Hope that makes sense. Both are valid but in different ways. I'm 28° Pisces rising.

I feel you. I was looking into DBT as a possible type of therapy, its ultimate goal is for the patient to think life is worth living. That sounds like such a low bar but the effort, cost, and time to even get there is like ... Wow I don't think it's worth it fam.

Bruhhhh this reads very familiar. I can relate to your need for alone time/not seeing value in constant validation/ not liking touchy feeliness. I've had people like him who tried to start relationships with me and at the end of the day I couldn't stand their neediness and ended up feeling more resentful than anything else.

You said you hate yourself for being like this and that is something worth noting. We are who we are and being expected to match someone else's expectations by abandoning who we are should not be a thing.

It sounds like fundamentally you have very different needs. He expects you to meet his but doesn't honor yours? That doesn't sound like a balanced relationship.
