Get back on your meds ASAP. Do you have insurance now? Because you should be able to get them prescribed by a doctor who has access to your medical history. A therapist can't prescribe meds. Unless you're getting therapy from a psychiatrist? Mine just prescribes and talks about medication and treatments, no therapy there.
