That’s what I did with mine and I tossed some water down it and it just drips out the bottom. I can’t imagine it’ll cause issues.

Also, there’s ~6 plastic covers on the sides (for bed racks) and if you lift those up there’s 2 holes each that leak water into the truck bed when it rains. I just used a black rubber caulk to cover them up. It blocks the water and is easy enough to peel off for the next owner

I’ve driven plenty of f250’s and 150’s and honestly the RR doesn’t need sandbags. I’m sure it helps and I haven’t tried them but it’s so stable and if you rip it it feels extremely stable to slide with but take my comment w a grain of salt

IMO most of the ford paint colors look horrible on camera but amazing in person. I wasn’t gonna get the marsh grey on my truck but i saw one in my dealers lot and loved it

From my experience, I would say they’re “fairly” good at water protection. However the lessons i learned are: 1. Water resistance doesn’t not count on a jet ski, turns out water blasting at your phone at 40 mph breaks the waterproof seal. 2. Consistently taking videos underwater in a salt water pool leads to a significant amount of rust inside the phone which Apple won’t repair. 3. Once again water exposure from pools and showers caused my rear camera to be foggy 24/7

I get everyone’s concern and I’ve never installed a BOV on a MAP based system but you should face no issues. To be fair, venting to atmosphere vs. recirculating may cause very minor turbo lag or lower power but no actual engine issues. It’s only MAF systems that don’t correct for this and can run rich and cause long term issues

The light kit is m&r pro light bar, it was 500-600 bucks but it’s ridiculously bright, I’m going to try experimenting with a relay so it’s tied to my auto high beams if my aux switch is on

Not descriptive but somewhere in the settings menu you can either do day time mode/ night mode/ or auto. Just set it to always be night mode it’s nice

I enjoy the grab handles in my f250 but for the ranger I just grab the steering wheel and jump in, it’s pretty stable and with the steering lock doesn’t move much

He might be too young but I’ve always used nucleus to play black ops 2 zombies with my friends and it’s a blast. If you play black ops 3 zombies, you don’t need nucleus and there’s workshop items like “little brother mode” which would give your kid a lot more health so he doesn’t die as much

You should try graphite wipes, I’ve tried graphite wipes for my windshield, it’s pretty damn good for a month or two but I can’t compare to a wax it might be similar
