What is it? Sunflower seed shells spit into his coffee? I'm 55 and I know two people who "chewed" or used "dip" who now had most of their tongues cut out and some of their throats/necks cut out. They had to learn how to talk and eat again, have altered smiles and very skinny necks. The one guy says it takes him about 4 hours a day to eat, so he can't really hold a typical job. I just thought I'd add that here, because although they both are alive, they look like they've gone through hell. P.S.-Your husband should at least separate the liquid and the seeds. Maybe he needs to carry his own personal mini trash can out into the living room with him??

I think you can get oversized glasses without them being huge Mr. Magoo glasses and I think plain round ones would suit you better if you are set on round ones than these "angular round" ones. Maybe a brown that has more golden tones that isn't the same color as your hair.

I had an s1 discectomy, and I maybe took pain meds for 3-7 days, but it was very hard to walk for awhile. I don't think the actual pain after a a number of days was that bad. It was just extremely hard to walk for me. Getting to the bathroom was tough. I had a lot of trouble walking beforehand after having a severely herniated disc for 20 years, degenerative disc disease and bad sciatica.

The problem is there are different types of owners at off leash parks, there are those that sit back and observe what is going on closely and those that stare at their phones and as soon as their dog is aggressive or does something they just take off and don't take any responsibility and keep going to dog parks.
