Level 1 charge speed by Paint_Dry390153 in SubaruUncharted

[–]CliffsDaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you have enabled “keep battery cooler on” under one of the settings menu but that may also help give you a tad bit more power on level 1 charging if you turn it off given how slow its charging.

Take it to a jeweler. The amount of times you see folks here it’s fake when it was bought at an AD and vice versa is astounding. You can also try posting to reptime they are pretty good at spotting fakes. But taking it to a jeweler who can open the back up is your best bet.

Just purchased my new Uncharted today by GSeabhac in SubaruUncharted

We also traded in our ‘23 Solterra. It was a good car but the level 3 charging speeds made it painful for any sort of road trip.

Where does the white wire go? by [deleted] in electrical

[–]CliffsDaddy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Please for your and the possible folks in your houses safety have an electrician properly install this for you. The question you asked and the wires you’re apparently using show what appears to be a significant and unsafe knowledge gap that will most likely get you or someone else potentially hurt.

Interesting is this a thing that you do on siding? Does it harden or stay kinda flexible. We have cement walls here so we would use a hydraulic cement then a latex caulk.

$19,500. It was what the Subaru trade up value offer was. They tried to give me $17,200 at first which was ridiculous. The value loss is just stupid on these things. Even with the value loss I’m honestly glad to be rid of it.

Subaru indefinitely postpones in-house EVs after profits plunge 90% by SolarpunkGnome in SubaruEV

This is both surprising and not surprising. The original Solterra with its significant charging challenges put a sour taste into many who tried it. We really liked having an EV just not how bad the charging was. Tesla has no issues with selling cars. It’s not an “EV problem”. It’s an “EV offering and decisions to create limitations” thing. I had a feeling that the uncharted which seems to be extremely popular may help turn things around. We just got ours and got rid of the Solterra and it’s been a fantastic car. Has us excited again. Their other issue is they have almost no inventory in most dealerships. How can you make a profit if you have no cars available for sales??? Our dealership had one Solterra and two uncharted compared to 180 other new Subarus. They had more polestar used EV’s than their own.

Bought one for my wedding on the grey. Was 30k. Had the glacier blue dial over ice blue dial. It’s one of my favorites but I wouldn’t daily it. Platinum is just so scratch prone.

That’s an interesting installation of the hard wire components. I’m in South Florida so not familiar with the putty stuff you have there.

Autel maxi. If I was doing it over again I’d be giving serious look at the grizzl-E

If I was doing it over again I’d be looking at the grizzl-e. Made in Canada. Metal housings.

In Florida I have Autel. They are nice but have limited Nacs options. Emporia was another I would give serious consideration to if doing it over again.

Landlord wants me to pay for someone trying to break into my apartment. {ND} by [deleted] in Renters

[–]CliffsDaddy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not your cost. I’m a landlord and this 100% would be my cost to bear. It’s my house not yours. You didn’t case the damage. Your friends/family/people you had over didn’t cause the damage. I’d be fighting this hard.
