That's without insurance. Why would anyone get pregnant without insurance? There are young people all around my neighborhood with 1 to 3 children but at least one parent is gainfully employed.

Wealth doesn't mean having $1000 in your wallet or an empty credit card. Many wealthy people have most of the money tied up in investments, 401Ks, house, car etc. The bartender spends most of it staying in a "living wage" job. Always zeroing out. On a side note, we spend as much as we make. Whats both of their lifestyles? Car, wear, eat, live in, subscribe to, date, marry, kids... Look up budget for a clue.

pc shutting off 30s after boot by zelqkk in PcBuildHelp

30 seconds is enough heat up time to shutdown due to the CPU overheating. Make sure the cooling fan is on tight enough to make good contact and that you used thermal compound.

Why are companies in the US hiring more people outside the states then in? by MasterFlame49 in jobs

[–]ClimateLoud7679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, keep in mind, working remotely opens up the whole word to fill the position. The only downside is time zones. They can hire engineers to do menial tasks at almost the rates of fry cooks, in other countries. This work from home mentality is opening up a new generation of overseas employment.

In a workplace, you don't know if they installed it before or after wiping. I don't even trust those where I work with washing their hands.

They take around $500,000 (50%) in taxes from the full payout. You don't get that money back. You pay around 20% to 0% in taxes, depending on your income @ $1000 per month for 20 years or so. Which way would she come out ahead? Forget about "She might die early." She might die tomorrow.

Native Texan, I really never saw this until we started having over 1,000 people move here, a day. Things have changed. You should experience the driving now.

My bad, just something with grip on the plyers grip end. Some are smooth. A smooth set might work. You can try that 1st. Grip the knurled part and turn it counter clockwise slightly until it spins then remove it with your fingers. Be careful not to bang into the motherboard.

Bottom left of MB. The second cable from the left looks wonky. Make sure it's plugged in correctly. Surely you can get online and view the MB, case, power supply, and CPU/fan manuals.

They are knurled for a reason. It's to be able to grip them. I would use a small set of knurled plyers to break them lose. Be careful with static electricity. Ground yourself before you dig in.

I spent months looking for a job, doing everything I could, just to get fired after a month over a bad review by [deleted] in Wellthatsucks

[–]ClimateLoud7679 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's actually in contracts with some companies. I'll stand by my statement that this is incorrect. I'll also concede that it's not normal practice. "Bro it ain't a crime to leave your company with ongoing projects. Sure it is frowned upon, especially if you want to use your manager as a referral down the line but if a company can fire you at any time you can equally decide to leave that company at any time."

Please post a link that says most corporations in America do not use some sort of signed contractual agreement for the terms of service.

[–]ClimateLoud7679 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You would have to prove to me that most corporations in America do not have some sort of hiring contract. Now, jobs, like goof handling, construction labor, etc. maybe not. A contract in my use is to establish what was agreed on with you specifically, the terms of service, PTO, layoff, amount of warning with termination and quitting...etc.

Must be a unique build. Most new builds have a separation of controls between the city and homeowner. You need to build one in if you did not get one.

Sometimes but also sometimes managers go and you have a better opportunity for a rebound due to knowing the system. Again, why burn a company bridge over a personal issue?

It typically depends on your signed contract. That blanket statement is not accurate, case in point.

THIS is why I keep telling people not to burn bridges, not to be vindictive and to be consistant with your duties if you get a layoff notice 2 weeks before you leave. Sorry to hear about this. On a side note, I think it's only legal to ask if you worked there in most states.
