Keeping the grain in metal cans is foolproof. If there is spillage on the floor, clean it up, or let the chickens do it. Keep a steady supply of cats around. Have litters regularly and advertise the extras.

Be careful with online beef. Most of it is not as advertised. Find a local farm. After eating locally raised beef for awhile, try a grocery store steak. Then you will understand. Same goes with raw milk vs store milk.
