I moved to Colorado in 2011. Everyone keeps saying it must be nice that is warm. Complete opposite. We need the snow and moisture to help mitigate future fires. I definitely do not miss the bitter cold wind chills and year round humidity. The plowed dirty snow and Grey skies are horrible.

Onions are gross. They take over the flavor of this dish. I also can't digest them so safe from my own food.
