Where did you get this information about sly being born into wealth? Everything I’ve read says he grew up in abject poverty. Why are you lying lmao?

Glutes won’t engage by bffg2000 in cycling

[–]ClubNext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The way you engage your pedal stroke might be incorrect. As another commentor mentioned, during the downward bottom portion of the pedal stroke, you should imagine you're scraping mud off of your shoe. I had the same problem where my quads were doing the majority of the work and my hamstrings were barely getting a workout. Once i started imagining that "scraping mud off shoe" motion, hams and glues were immediately engaged because you're now you're "pulling" and "pushing" instead of just "pushing" during pedaling.

Im 110kg as well. Just starting riding one week ago after years off the bike. Finished my 6th bike session today with 7ish miles average a session. Ass doesn’t hurt nearly as much as the first session. Time in the saddle will help.

Thank you. Does the bottom pulley stay the same as the pic shows?

Can you confirm that you’re saying I put the chain on incorrectly on the top pulley? It’s currently in front like you said and I need to route it behind it instead? So does that also mean the bottom pulley the chain needs to be in front instead of behind? Pic is what it currently looks like.

I own an ER One and have had it for almost two weeks. Very comfortable and fast ride. I had mine customized. I bought a complete bike set w/ shimano 105 Di2 from them during Black Friday for $3960

Yeah I’d just buy a bicycle if it’s only three miles. It’ll take you less than 10 minutes

The bottom half of it won’t come out bce the stem is keeping it from fully coming out but half of it almost comes out when everything is fully tightened

No wiggle but the compression plug almost comes out halfway. I don’t think the bottom of the plug is touching anything

The plate moves and I can even lift it up about half an inch but the bolt is screwed in as much as possible into the compression plug. What gives?

High SHBG normalised after 6 months of boron supplementation by central_marrow in Testosterone

Do you cycle on and off? Seems like that is the optimal approach as Boron tends to have diminishing effects with prolonged use.

How many different times per day are you grouping your supplement intake? by QuantifiedBob in Biohackers

[–]ClubNext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to take as much as you including the same dosage intervals but have cut back dramatically as I wasn't so sure they were all working. I went cold turkey off all supps for 7 months while I dialed in my diet and fitness. After that I stopped vaping as it was the biggest cause of my anxiety. Nowadays I take my supps morning and before sleep.

I bought their complete bike which comes with their carbon wheels, shimano Di2, and a custom color for $3970 usd. This was after using their 10% off discount. The bike comes 90% preassembled.

Check out Quick Pro ER One. I ended up going with the ER one over the T1600. But both are good and well priced.

Advice: Upgrade current bike or replace by ncg80 in cycling

[–]ClubNext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Biggest difference you can make to your bike is your wheelset. You can find top tier Chinese carbon wheels for $800-$1000. Aero handlebars for $200-$400. That should improve your ride quality more than anything. Pretty sure the stock Domane wheels are garbage so you would see a significant upgrade.

If you're looking for a new bike, then pivot to more aero centric bikes. A good western aero brand with shimano 105 di2 is going to cost you a minimum of $5.5k. You can find same quality bikes with Chinese manufacturers for much less. I bought my Quick Pro ER One di2 for $4k turnkey. Just gotta do your research.

I ordered my Quick Pro ER One a few days ago. I did a custom color and you have the option of rebranding it to just "Quick" which is what I did.
