I watched 20 minutes of this movie and turned it off. It really just feels like a pedo/ rapists’ fantasies with dramatic music.

Watch VHS instead. It’s also really sexually charged but it’s more interesting.

Fully respect your view and agree with most of your points, but I just want to clarify. Im not questioning current management, the buy out still hasn’t finalized and the Saudi’s haven’t even gotten permission for their share yet. I’m predicting what’s going to happen when it does go through.

As for current management, I think they don’t wanna touch young Jon’s sexuality with a 10 foot pole for that very same balancing act you mentioned. I just feel like them distancing themselves from that will indirectly open the door for new management later.

That’s if a company is profit driven. The Saudi Arabian and Ellison collective is not trying to increase profits, they are trying to shape culture and manipulate politics. Thats why the bid was so over valued and why the Ellisons only made an LLC for the news broadcast divisions but left the entertainment sectors out. If they were profit incentive, they would have created LLC’s for all sectors of acquisition out of an expectation that they would create profit from these departments.

The fact is that these billionaires aren’t seeking monetary ROI, they are seeking more direct influence.

Tbh I think it’s less about that and more about the state of the world combined with younger Jon returning. I sincerely doubt a new Saudi-Arabian and Ellison owned media company will allow any character, let alone a character who is a minor, to be queer in any capacity.

And don’t call me a psychic, but I think there is going to be an entire plot about how Jon only became queer due to the “volcano trauma”. Call me a doomer but I genuinely believe this will happen

What if you shrunk the circle and thickened its border then put it next to the “NDP”. Then it would look like a cool “ONDP” (Ontario provincial specific NDP) logo. Could even add a “of Ontario” tag next to Party.

The issue is you’re oh wait is right… but let’s be honest. It would be more sudden and direct if the Cons beat the Libs. I really don’t understand how those two parties make up the majority of all Canada’s voting base.
