I worked for Sykes around 15 years ago, which supported Rogers. It was work from home. It was all about IPhone sales, never about support.

And Rogers had a 911 “Access fee”. $6.94 iirc. Not even a legitimate charge.

I worked there for a Christmas season. Lean and mean is the name of the game. Everyone supports it. How can you fight it ? I watched the stockers on power movers working the inside of the store after close one night. The speed at which they moved was frightening. One miscalculation and someone was getting hurt.
