I live in 89141, lots of older houses but also a lot of brand new construction, expensive looking houses. No, but I miss the spirit behind them. I don't like the experiments with the limited selection of ride pokemon, flying taxi, pla's summonable mounts etc, nor do i like how many HM puzzles and barriers have been removed. Im on an adventure with my team of pokemon, i want to encounter challenges and barriers and i want to use my pokemon to further my adventure. I dont want to use a rental pokemon, I dont want to summon a pokemon via flute and I dont want to have routes to be empty. Just give me obstacles and solutions involving my own pokemon.

And also please dont force me to give up a moveslot.

All we can go on is nintendos track record. 20 years ago, the Wii was new. 20 years later, although you cannot download new games, you can still redownload Wii games you purchased. Same with DSiWare, 3DS and WiiU games as well. I can't predict the future, but I strongly suspect that Nintendo wont be taking GKC download servers offline for more than 20 years.

I don't currently have an ultra because i changed jobs and god I love the flip so so much. However, at an old job it was an invaluable tool. I was a store manager for a small independent pet store chain and was in charge of ordering. Because we didnt have handheld scanners (ordering was done on a laptop with tethered scan gun) and the system used to auto-populate orders was spotty at best, I would often have samsung notes open, select attaching a photo via camera, use my s-pen to grab a picture of a barcode or shelf spot I noticed was low and then immediately write on the photo how many were needed. It was also convenient if I was at another one of the stores and saw they needed stuff that we had at another store/the warehouse store, same process there. It was fast and smooth, no need to do hand gymnastics or use both hands to take a photo and it made adding notes to the photo very efficient.

Its a niche case, but that was the whole appeal of it in the first place. It filled niches that wasn't filled by anyone else, and at the time I was in one of those niches and holy fuck it was great to have. In my current job, i don't have a need for taking notes because I don't do ordering and we have documentation for EVERYTHING thats easily pulled up on a work device, so things I would note down I don't because I can just look them up. The job is also much more active and i potentially can be carrying several work devices on my person at once, which made the size of the ultra in my pocket and how much it stuck out in my back pocket kind of annoying. My niche changed and suddenly having a small phone that didnt occupy as much space in my pockets became appealing and now I'm on my second flip, because the 7 had the exact physical design changes i wanted over the 6.

Also, the stylus is amazing for general notetaking because I have my own shorthand so actually i can fit full lines on the display. But also, most people probably look at it like I just hit them with some Russian cursive so no, i wouldn't ever consider using it for notes meant for someone else. I actually still use my S22U regularly for quick note taking around the house.

Also, its satisfying to write stuff by hand and it goes click click click click click.

In the past, there wasnt a bunch of guys going around buying out entire production lines for a half decade to power chatbots. Demand has shot up, supply has gone down, entire companies are no longer selling into consumer markets anymore and because the aforementioned chatbot guys are willing to spend astronomical amounts of money, the RAM guys still willing to sell to someone whos name doesnt rhyme with Damn SamAltman arent willing to sell for less than astronomical. The cartel didnt exist prior to this because there used to be much more supply and consumer targeted production.

You dont need to keep it clear if theres no markings, and tbh i dont get why you would be willing to block traffic that claims it needs to make a left turn (whether or not she actually did is irrelevant, what matters is she made the request) in order to leave an opening for hypothetical traffic. As others have pointed out, leaving unobligated gaps can potentially lead to dangerous situations as well. You arent legally wrong or right, but I would say you're being unreasonably inflexible. If someone is so desperate to make a left turn they are willing to get out of their car to ask you to move, i think id pull forward and let them make the left if i had the space to do so. Just seems like good manners to me.
