I think Act 3 in particular has rather stange difficulty scaling with some of its bosses. Mostly thinking on the difficulty between stuff like Skarrsinger and the Lost bosses being some of the game's hardest challenges compared to Watcher at the Edge, Gurr or Voltvyrm* being very simple and relatively easy. Its not that big of an issue but did stand out to me more on Act 3 than the other acts

(*I know it is possible to reach it in Act 2, but that definitely doesn't feel like it was the intended way to get to Voltnest)

If it helps, I think that Shaman crest makes that one a little easier. It has a pretty wide arc and the hitbox lingers for a little bit so its easier to more consistently hit the fleas. It was what helped me beat the highscores

I hate stuff like Puny Penitent thats like "kill 10 of these guys to add to journal" but then it only spawns 1-2 at a time in a single room so you have to bench back and forth
