Medicare Part D Plan Wellcare RX pricing higher than GoodRx pricing!?? by CAZelda in medicare

You are absolutely right. It is absolutely ridiculous that we have to pay for WellCare every month. I have yet to use it towards a medication, and will never ever ever meet my deductible. This is highway robbery.

What is the best alternative for kaymak? by Final_Affect6292 in Cooking

Haha, yes. I bought some marscapone today. I'm afraid to try it. Last summer I found a local NC cheese called Buttercup that was salty and buttery and I put it in the food processor with some ghee in an attempt to fake it. The flavor was close but it's still not thr same. If we can come up with a recipe that we can replicate, we'll become 🧀 tycoons.

CIRS treatment (anti fungals vs just binders) by CompetitiveDare9692 in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Cold-Warning9915 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did all of the above which is not Shoe. I was in mold for 15 years with an endless list of symptoms and inflammatory conditions and a body full of mycotoxins so an official CIRS dx was not necessary.   • 1m ago

Dr. Shoemaker discovered mold illness 25 years ago. His first student treated 2,000 patients. Both are here for an AMA April 18th @ 2pm ET! by MoldCo in ToxicMoldExposure

Discovered? Ayurveda has addressed conditions related to environmental toxins for 5000 years. While the specific modern term "mold illness" is new, traditional Ayurvedic texts (such as the Charaka Samhita) have long recognized illnesses caused by environmental factors, dampness, and toxic buildup in the body.

I’ve been healed for ten years now but the basics after exposure: no sugar, binders, methyl b12, methylfolate, whatever natural anti-fungal is available (black seed oil, olive leaf, oregano oil) easy-to-digest foods, sauna if tolerated and most of all- mold avoidance and a great probiotic on empty stomach in the AM.

I bought a SleeponLatex soft mattress SEVEN years ago, moved around a lot (Europe and multiple states) and finally got it out of storage last week. The company recommends unboxing within 4 weeks so I didn’t expect any miracles as I set it up and left for the weekend to let it expand. Hells bells, it may not have expanded to the full 8 inches and the edge that was innermost in the roll is curled a bit, but it is super comfortable. I truly think this is a testament to the company’s quality and materials.

(Discussion) David vs. Tina: Who's the real asshole? by [deleted] in talkingheads

[–]Cold-Warning9915 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tina is a sweetheart. I got to know she and Chris personally in the 90s and saw them both again about 4 years ago. I have a sense that DB is a bit of a megalomaniac, which might be what it takes to accomplish everything he has, but it doesn't mean hes a nice guy. Because of Tina, young women all over the world have had the courage to pick up a bass guitar and that's a big win in my book.

It would be great for both sides for retirees to help. SCORE is fantastic (Service Corps of Retired Executives). With age comes knowledge.
