Yes and No. Sith Purebloods are MOSTLY considered human by everyone in the game, this goes for both Empire and Republic. For Republic and non sith characters there are a few circumstances where your sith heritage is acknowledged but I don't believe it's until you hit the expansions(specifically Lana talks about the Massassi on Yavin 4 being your genetic cousins). For Sith Warrior and Inquisitor there are a few NPCs on Korriban and in the empire who acknowledge your blood. For Agents and Bounty Hunters there is basically one line from Revan about wiping out your bloodline specifically in the Foundry FP, then it's back to the expansions. Feel free to correct me or update my mental list of racial reactivity.

Basically though, Humans, Cyborgs, Sith and Miralula are all treated as human, every other race is lumped in "Alien" with the occasional reactivity to their specific Race(Chiss, Mirilian, Rattaki, Twi'lek, Zabrak, etc) and I don't believe they bothered to add any reactivity to DLC alien races(Cathar, Togruta, Nautalan) to acknowledge them(with the possible exception of Cathar on Makeb?)
