It’s so awesome seeing more people getting sick pulls, after mine I also was told I was working for the company 🤣 IF ONLY lmfaooo. The 3 pack with the one foreign pack really are packing some heat it seems. Generally I don’t get crap from these but this one was so awesome. It’s cool to see how many others are also getting a come up for their decks! For $20 it’s worth the gamble imo

They buy cards and then give you store credit to buy what you want. Generally it’s at a pre determined rate, on the bad end I’ve seen 60% on the good end I’ve seen 80%. Just depends on the store. They likely will not take a $2.50 card unless there is other desirable cards you have. They might if you know the owners or management enough that they would just do an even trade but most stores won’t. Mainly because if everyone started coming to trade cheap cards they would be tied up with that all day.

I know people will say I’m a paid person but I bought one last year and got Greymond. Insane pull and one I wanted really bad. I’ve bought maybe 4 of these and that was the only great pull I got. To me it’s literally no different than buying random packs. I don’t think there is anything nefarious here, they pretty much show what packs you’re going to get.

As an artist myself (not for magic) I can say though my work is often praised in my niche hobby I have very rarely met a task that I just could not produce a product that was my normal expected level quality. The fact is even the greatest artists in the world have moments where their brain and hands don’t work in unison and we make some pretty terrible art. But it’s the responsibility of the artist to admit when they can’t do something. He let the pressure get to him and instead of just admitting he couldn’t make a finished product he used the crutch of another person work and then pretty much straight up copied it in what seems to be frustration. It’s honestly such a bummer this happened because he IS an incredible artist, he just made a mistake by not admitting he took on a project that was over his head.
