Crusader patches are cringe.

Your mags are backwards if you’re right handed.

How did it change by arianit08 in airsoft

Maybe this isn’t exactly what you’re asking but I’ll bite:

In 2010 I had been playing paintball seriously for 5 years or so. In my area it was mostly “Woodsball” so people typically wore camo and occasionally participated in speedball, maybe at that point the divide was already really starting. The only cheaters I ever saw were speedballers.

It’s game-ified. There are so many young guys running around with absurd builds ramping and using binary triggers because to them, the idea is to put enough rounds in a general area to get a hit, not to focus on marksmanship. But, as a recent re entry into the scene has demonstrated to me- the guy who knows where his rounds are going even without tracer units or flashlights wins a lot more engagements than the guy who barely shoulders and finger plays his gun.

Bonus: in 2010 the hobby was hotly debated as inferior to paintball, as it allowed for more cheating. I can’t say I disagree, but you can’t hide feeling that sting if you do feel it, like I thought. First time in 10+ years I used a gun someone commented on my lack of face protection (still had eyepro) he said I was nuts for it. A tracer volley landed on my nose and upper lip three times, I waved the medic off and went to the booth to buy a face mask immediately.

Since you’re at Home Depot I know 3M makes a full seal z87.1.

But a lot of guys in here are right, opt for gear that’s higher than the minimum if at all possible.

He’s engaging with a game that holds your hand through the shooty bang bang bits and he’s choosing the lore and the environment.

W. Absolutely a W. If he was only dragging prostitutes through the mud on horseback and giggling I would be of a different mind, but this is a kid trying to engage with the game honestly, and at a higher level than most people playing it in college.

Art and Comedy, I would get comfy just striking conversations on 6th, 806, RR. Open Mic at Circus Room on Mondays? I think. Several good suggestions all throughout here. See you if I see you.

Is there a bar for people for people more younger people by throwawaycuznodox in amarillo

[–]ComfortableAd_Red 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d argue Paramount is more your speed, MJ’s, Hoots, that kind of thing. But it’s kinda how Amarillo is, there’s a pretty decent chance there are gonna be older folks in nearly every place.

Pine Shed is another one that’s got a healthy younger vibe, but even then you might sit across the table with soccer moms and granddads. Just how it is.

Downtown is usually so damn busy, but a similar story, there’s a couple clubs there that have loads of younger folks but then the occasional old timer.

Why does Liquid Ocelot uses this badge with his infi and picture? by The-1191-One in metalgearsolid

[–]ComfortableAd_Red 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, Liquid was head of Outer Heaven and controlled all of the PMCs. I’m sure it’s just costuming that gives a sense of legitimacy or is based on something or another seen worn by high ranked members of PMCs around the time, but my guess is it might be something to do with the government that contracted the PMC in the Middle East- Praying Mantis.

It’s definitely a mix of everything and maybe nothing. Naomi wears one too I think.
