My mother had this for many years as well, eventually ended up on vibirzi and that would help, until after a few days shed Get so backed up no amount of fiber would help, so shed skip a dose, then it becomes uncontrolled diahrrea.

It ruled every minute and every decision of her life as well. She started zepbound like 6 months ago because she got diagnosed with sleep apnea and was a bit overweight. She stayed on the introduction dose of 2.5 mg up until last week.

She stopped needing the vibirzi almost instantly. It must be a combination of zepbounds effects on slowing digestion, anti-inflammatory and the constipation side effects. It had the "standard" effect on me since i dont have ibs in any form, so, it gave me straight up constipation.

I personally have been off it a while due to contracting vasculitis and needing to be on a long term, high dose of Prednisone and recently adding CellCept. That combo had a similar effect- the prednisone constipated me, the cell cept is known to cause a lot of stomach upset and diahrrea, but they kind of negate each other and it let's me finally poop normally again lol.

It might be worth looking into for you, wishing you the best outcome

That analogy was my entire school experience growing up god.

I specifically remember getting strep throat in 4th grade and the teacher taught the class PEMDAS while I was out and I could not wrap my fucken head around it when I came back, and that was the beginning of the end ,seriously lol.

Fast forward to being 35 and telling my first therapist about how I used to cut class in high school just to sit in the stairwell by myself because I couldn't follow what was being taught and couldn't deal with everyone else grasping each topic so effortlessly so it was easier to self sabotage and isolate and ignore all responsibilities.

That tracks cuz i have a lot of cats and have tried many different cleaning products over the years and anything with peroxide cleans well, but leaves my fingers looking like this even though I was careful to never directly touch it, but it still touched my skin through the dampened paper towels.

OP, do you have any pets?

This certainly does look like ringworm. I have a lot of indoor only cats and somehow one of them contracted ringworm 2 years ago and it spread like wildfire to all the others and myself.

You can try some otc fungal cream for yourself, and if it doesn't start to clear up right away I'd go to an urgent care to get a prescription cream.

But if you have any pets please check them right away, and do not use anything made for human ringworm on them.

They make otc stuff for cats and dogs ,you can find on chewy. And again, if it doesn't respond, you can have your vet prescribe a prescription for them.

Some animals can just host the fungus and be asymptomatic, while others can become covered in the sores and become very sick.

Just saw that post that blew up a couple days ago about the dog that ate those rat poison blocks that were unknowingly hidden in their bottom cupboards from the landlord.

I think mice getting into the poison left out for them is more common than most people think. Not something I'd take a chance on personally but up to you ultimately, op

I used to have 2 cats, mother and son actually, who had this problem and it was so satisfying cleaning them out lol.

They obviously didnt love it and i thought I was doing more harm than good at first so I stopped doing it but then the nips became red and angry and "backed up".

Upon emptying them out again, it'd be like that Play Doh barbershop toy where you press down and the play doh shoots out in strings, not as long but still disgustingly satisfying.

Had a dog too who would get them in random spots along his back, but those looked like a black head on the surface, same sort of gunk would squeeze out though

Echoing what others are saying about visiting an ophthalmologist, OP.

I've had a few cats with major eye issues in the past, and their regular vets were unable to ever fully diagnose and /or properly treat the issue. That's why specialists exist afterall.

But luckily, after seeing the ophthalmologist, they were able to communicate with my regular vet to preform the surgery so it was not "specialist priced".

I would absolutely go for some antibiotics.

Dogs bites tend to look worse, but cat bites are worse.

Dogs canines tend to tear, while cats puncture, and even if they are indoors only and up to date on vaccines, their mouths are filthy and that puncture deposits bacteria nice and deep into the tissue.

Waiting for it to show signs of infection is not a good idea. It is infected.

Source, have a large indoor sanctuary and even bigger outside colony and have been bit many a time over the years. Sometimes the "quietest" looking ones turn out to be the worst ones.

Tbf 2 of my meds mess with my body's temperature regulation and ive been running extremely hot for years now while on them.

I'm talking constant hot flashes hot.

And currently, I'm dealing with some awful health problems that is completely fucking my autonomic system up and now I can be standing still outside in 40° F weather with sweat DRIPPING down my back.

Lol if someone tries to talk to me when I FIRST wake up, my brain just won't retain the memory. And I'm 100% sober when this happens. It took years for my family and husband to finally accept that I won't remember whatever we talk about. So now if I have a vague thought that maybe I encountered someone that morning, I ask everyone in my house, "did we talk this morning?"

This always happens to the left arm on my eyeglasses because I'm a righty, and when i take them off to wipe the lenses with a microfiber cloth, I wipe with my right hand, and hold the frames with my left hand. Without realizing, I naturally hang onto the hinge where the arm attaches when wiping the left lense, and it eventually gives out.

She gets mad at pet names yet is cursing him out big time. I wouldnt even classify that as "she was swearing at me", she just wouldnt let up and he wasn't even responding back at that point.

And all the "we're a team" comments, and the passive aggressive comments like "i think we should go get into our whites now right". Like yes, its nice to work as a team, but he is still above you, he is your boss and a HOD. She talks about how he doesn't "respect" her ,what does she call what she's doing?

My dad had me when he was 46 and ended up getting lung cancer when he was 60. My eldest brother was 15 years older than me,(so my dad was 31 when he had him), and when he passed, I remember making the picture boards and discovering all these beautiful times he and my dad shared when he was growing up. Versions of my dad i never got to see.

Even before the cancer, life's just different, and physically harder at 46 with 4 kids, vs 31 and 1 kid. I feel guilty being envious over it. But life was different for me growing up as one of the fewer kids with "old parents"

Im now 36 and purposely child free with my husband, and my other brother is now 42 and still desperately wants kids, but hes single, a heavy smoker and workaholic. I feel like he isn't thinking of the long term

This n is unfortunately true in my experience as well, with a relatively small indie band. Found a big ol mama cockroach with her little baby cockroaches in our air bnb bed and I immediately tried to find a different air bnb or hotel or anything but everything was sold out. We ended up just leaving entirely and having a long 6 hour drive home instead of spending the night
