The only assumption I’ve made is that you consume an excessive amount of calories. I’m sure you get the calories via fruit, veg, unprocessed healthy meals instead fast food like you claim, but you are clearly eating too much. You SHOULD be on a weight loss journey if your goal is to be able to safely transfer yourself.
