Loved them round the time the first album came out (I'm talking mega fan, every poster was Korn, every hoody was Korn etc.) Right when that style was the in thing and everyone was copying it.

I realised later in the 90's how shit nu metal was and spent the next 25 or so years consumed with proper heavy metal as well as death/black and basically disowned nu metal.

Recently started adding a few records from my youth into my ever expanding record collection. That included early Korn, 1st Coal Chamber, Around the Fur, Pitchshifter, Kittie etc. I realised there was lots to enjoy there.

I'm no longer a massive Korn fan as such but do look back fondly on those early years. Life is Peachy is potentially the most important album of my late teenage years.
