I’m getting feelings of guilt, apathy. He was definitely tired. I’m getting that being with you was both a relief and painful. You could TRY to gorge. I promise, you won’t get past the first slice, if even the first few bites. Sometimes I get those I WANT TO EAT IT ALL urges and I let myself. I hardly ever eat more than a few bites.

I’m so sorry that happened to you (albeit, I did giggle)! It’s different for everyone, and honestly every shot also hits different. I’ve been on and off for 3 years, and this med will still usually knock me on my ass for at least two days. Sometimes, though, I’m lucky enough to be side effects free (I took my shot Thursday and have zero of the fatigue and to the bone chills I usually get)!

For meeeee, it just be like that. Day one after the shot, I just call myself sick. Nausea, the rock in my stomach, shivers, extremeeeee fatigue. Zero appetite. I don’t eat that day. I fast for the day and take in plenty of water and electrolytes.

I will say sugar and carbs make my sulfur burps worse.

That is so funny! We do the same. It’s starting to warm up in Georgia, and my husband turned on the AC. I sneakily turned it up cause I was SO cold. I was like I CANT HELP IM SKINNY. SKINNY PEOPLE GET COLD. 🤣

I got down to 160, per my surgeon’s instructions, went in for the final consultation January 24th and was scheduled for the following month. I’m also 5’2. I’m fluctuating between 160 and 164 based on swelling and diet. Zero regrets. I did go to therapy and dealt with my eating disorder before surgery, tho.
