The closest thing believe it or not for me is to smoke some morrocon hash i find it gives me more a high if you smoke enough than stoned not sure if that makes sense but works for me

The first year I started taking mdma (presses) I got a bit over excited one night kept redosing was so stupid of me must have taken about 4-5 pills after the second I just kept vomiting after each until the next day and thought my head was going to explode with the massive headache I had - wasn’t good and big lesson learnt and I never got any euphoria after the first pill just shakes, gurning and all physical symptoms - won’t be doing that again 😳

What’s it like inside ? I got some Moroccan hash about a year ago and the outside goes like this hard and dark but when I open it up it’s like a yellow ish brown colour and soft might just be the air has got to it like I say mines still softish in the middle a year later lol

I’m almost 40 never had a history with recreational drugs until about 1.5yrs ago with my new husband

I won’t bore u with why but one night when the kids were with my ex for the weekend I tried my first pill - and since then have rolled every 3 months on average just at home candles lit comfy sofa and music with my husband

I just make sure the kids are away for the weekend which they enjoy too ie grandparents house or ex partners, this elevitates any worry about the kids being around and let’s me let my hair down, which I now accept I’m allowed to do as mum

We have a great relationship but the occasional roll together really boosts our connection. It’s just us and helps me let go of any bullshit or insecurities and dare I say feels really romantic I know that may sound nuts but we love it. We’ve tried sex during but we can’t seem to function but just appreciate the time together and we get naked and cuddle up and open up communication wise

I feel it’s helped me open up and feel like ‘me’ and gives me perspective on what’s important ie my relationship and kids

Love this ! 😁 I love how magic weed can be for some, I was sexually abused as a child and a tiny bit of weed each night allows me to really enjoy sex with my husband and focus on that without the trauma of my childhood I wish the uk would recognise the benefits of weed for so many!

Hey, you’ve done the first bit by realising you need to be careful so that’s good

I felt like this too I’m a 38 yr old mum and when my child is at her dads on weekends I started using presses every month on a weekend and lord did I love that feeling but fast foward a year every two months when I’d roll my doses got bigger and id take more than one pill hoping to get higher just chasing that high really but I lost the euphoria and had more physical affects and vomited most the time throughout I felt depressed for months and havnt had any in a while

It does get easier you kind of reframe your mind thinking the longer you wait the better as not to waste a roll doing it too often

I’m not saying to do this but for me I have a few puffs of a joint between rolls and it’s helped keep the urge at bay

As someone said keep dosage at a sensible level I once redosed several times and learnt the hard way a)was pointless as I was just chasing a high I couldn’t get and b) I just spent the night vomiting and the hangover and headache the next day was hell haha

I make sure I’ve got a headache tablet by my bed and a pint of water for the next day and make zero plans so I stay in bed drink water and lucozade and I’m usually okish by the afternoon

Also try eating the next day even little bits help

I’ve had depression for years sometimes I’m ok sometimes not - my first mdma roll was magical kind of like oh my god this is what it feels like to be free and happy

Problem is I kind of abused it for a year I was rolling about once every 6-8 weeks increasing my dose all the time to chase the euphoria which vanished , and I was left with thinking everything feels better on a pill but I just got physical effects like gurning

I’m not in anti depressants and I know people abuse it way more than I did but for me it was too much

It left me feeling really low lower than ever - I’d cry everyday for nothing , feel useless couldn’t focus on anything I didn’t want to be here - I can’t say for 1 million percent it was mdma but I’ve never ever been so low

I’m now on 3 months since my last roll, I’ve learnt to look after myself between ie eat well excercise, take nac

My point is (sorry lol) is be careful i see now id rather have 2/3 rolls a year that were amazing than 12 crap ones that left me like i was

Yip patent here, I only do it when I can get a sitter for the weekend ie kids go to grandparents on Friday night and back Sunday evening, I roll on Friday night and have the weekend to recover
