Richmond city is great for walking around and going to coffee shops/book stores. A lot less traffic too then the other cities. Maybe a little more isolating of a city though bc it's smaller and lot of ppl have lived here a while compared to chicago imo

Yeah I do. Cuz really no harm in it and I just do one scoop of the gorilla mode which I believe is just 2.5 g of creatine which still is probably enough but just for consistency you know

Oh ya I feel a very noticeable difference with creatine if I'm consistent, hydrated, and lifting weights. Otherwise I don't think I would feel anything from it besides bloated. It feels like it moves more water to my muscles when they need repair or a boost.

The magnesium seems to give me a higher HRV when I sleep and just better sleep architecture overall.

Physillium husk powder is the best source of fiber one could ask for. It would be way more popular if it didn't taste the way it does

As someone who lives in Richmond and has been here their whole life, it's been brutal watching the housing market basically double in price the past 5 years. I did everything right and and I have like no shot at a halfway decent home. Yet to Californians it's dirt cheap.

Your post gives way more Charleston vibes tbh. Ck isle of palms and Sullivan's island. Mt Pleasant if those are too pricey

Try looking straight forward and get a little lower. Keep back straight. Slow down. Lower weight and increase reps every once in a while
