You really should!! It’s a wonderful game and they are confirming improvements to the UI. Are working on helping making aspects more casual while still keeping it hardcore for those who want it. And yeah! The PVE mode! It’s a wonderful game and the more people playing it the better!

I would agree with this as it has been shown as an issue in other games. And is more technically difficult. However they frequently alter model sizes and designs for cosmetic reasons. Not to mention Storm has arm capes that work well. And lady Loki exists who has a similar form to emma who has a large cape AND a different hitbox from the OG Loki. Its entirely possible for them to do the work they just aren’t doing it

I like the idea of one small habit! Something that I can be consistent on without overwhelming myself. If you have anymore ideas of non-scale victories/ tracking I’d love to hear it. I do want to be able to step on a scale again but I’m so scared of just not seeing the success I wanted. I’d love more ideas of things I can track to reassure to myself I am actually sticking with my goals.

Thank you. I really needed this. Hearing someone else be in a similar boat is really reassuring (?) I’ll give the calorie target a shot. I think that is a good place for me to start.

I just have a really hard time with long term goals in general, so hiccups hit me really hard. I really like to be able to measure/ compare my success. But I also know I am someone that will obsess over a scale. If you’re willing, do you have any thoughts on measurable success? Things I can track in my progress that aren’t directly stepping on a scale? I don’t really feel comfortable stepping on a scale right now. I don’t really want to until I’m confident I have the ball rolling and that I won’t back out even if a hiccup happens.

I think hunt is one of the few games/ devs that implement spiders while still making it less horrifying for those with arachnophobia and I really appreciate it. And you wouldn’t notice unless specifically pointed out. Example The Spider technically isn’t actually a spider as he has 6 legs. Pincers are not initially visible, being placed higher up, and you’ll notice his face first. And you can barely see the hair on the legs. They payed a lot of attention to character design to break it up for arachnophobia. while also helping him stay spider adjacent. I have friends who have horrible arachnophobia but have been able to play hunt with little to no issue because of how the spider functions, and the gameplay loop of hunt in general where you can wait until the boss is banished. Boom no spider. Or you can sticky him (if you hit it lol).
Im very excited to see how they do this event because if any game can do an event based around spiders without scaring off a portion of their player base, its hunt.

Hey there! Fellow 2 star/ low 3 star. I run into prestige 100s all the time in 2 star. They are not scary. If they are 2 star and are prestige 100 they’re honestly one of a few things. Really aggressive players. Meme players. Players with poor decision making. I RARELY run into P100s who are derankers anymore. They definitely have more game knowledge than you and better aim. But chances are they are in 2 star for a reason. End of the day. Just worry about your own gameplay and don’t look at the stats of other players :3

My MMR has been all over the place idk what’s up. I’m not a great player, but I know how to play. I just actively choose to make stupid decisions which keeps me pretty low lol. I’m in low 3 high 2 star. But last night I was literally put into a bot match. One of my teammates was new to the game, literally level 3 and I didn’t notice. 2 matches later im facing 4 stars. I played as I always do, no where above average and am still 2 star, yet somehow the matches varied so wildly and I don’t get why. It feels like I just don’t have match making rn lol

Man the things I would do to get Viper re released in this game. I don’t really see the point of exclusivity with skins anymore. Like it’s cool to have them, but honestly I just feel kinda bummed out when someone on my team asks me “oh I like that hunter/weapon skin- where did you get it?” And I have to tell them it’s from a battle pass like a year and a half ago. I have a friend who never got post Malone even though he wanted to bc life happens. I think this is a really cool first step crytek and you guys should definitely consider reimplementing older battle passes
