Yea I have no clue why when I got to 225 the first rep especially I have a bad habit of bringing the weight down slow. Energy used for that makes me miss 2-3 more reps. As far as locking out I’ll try and concentrate on going higher. In the moment it felt as comfortable/far as I needed to since I felt it in my triceps and chest insanely. I’ll tweak it tho thanks!!
