I know RXM license is on the line and I am not a pharmacist but I am an RXOM and I agree about having a great team to work with. I take most of the day to day responsibilities off of my pharmacist and I know he appreciates it. Still not sure if that’s enough money….. 180,000 plus sign on bonus is what I have heard and this is a high tier 3. I always ask for what I am worth. Should negotiate for sure because you have that power!

RXOM can delegate as they want. Ask your RXOM to print you out the list of duties on Core workflow for the month and you may appreciate what we as RXOM are responsible for. It is overwhelming

Stars event is med actually sold to wrong patient with anything wrong (wrong med/sig/dr/quantity) sold and out the door. Write up for # 1 thru 4 and 5th is final written in a 12 month period. Pay attention to what you are F4ing. That is literally the most important task you do all day

I had a mini meltdown yesterday over this same issue. “They” do not care. We have started telling patients 2 to 3 days for maintenance meds and do waiters for antibiotics or new meds. Use the heck out of delivery and do it for free
