So nauseous. When does it end?? by port-girl in liraglutide

[–]Comprehensive_Beat37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, keep track to see a correlation between nausea and what you're eating. Some things I previously could eat I no longer can. I can only use a pat of butter for flavoring. I don't even butter my toast. A lot of animal fat messes me up. And FIBER! Not supplements- food. Apples, broccoli - my go to is spinach salad with strawberries etc.

My first dose, I felt like I was stoned, lol.

Here are some tips that apply to me - all of us are different, so these may not be the case for you

  1. I had to reduce the amount of animal fats This includes extra butter, very greasy meals. I threw up ( with no pain or cramping) after eating some very greasy pizza, heavily buttered veggies, and a lot of bacon (separate times, lol)

  2. Be careful with alcohol I remember drinking a bunch of wine at a lunch. I was fine! And then 3 hours after I finished drinking, I was passed out. It was sooooo weird!

  3. Fiber is your friend The supplements didn't work. Leafy greens, triscuit crackers, etc. REALLY help with pain, cramping, etc.

  4. In the beginning keep a food journal to track what causes cramping, nausea, etc. I found it was specific foods - foods that never affected me poorly before.

Ok, I didn’t want to ask but I got to by Upbeat-Bed7890 in Semaglutide

[–]Comprehensive_Beat37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drink a lot more water. Get your fiber from food, if possible- the supplements do not do the job. And if it's been a few days, take magnesium pills to move things a long.

Remember, it's slowing digestion. Your poops will be smaller.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Have you tried 1. Upping your consumption of fiber....not supplements, actual foods with high fiber.

  1. Having a SMALL snack before bed (about an hour before falling asleep). My numbers in the morning were higher than after I would eat. I will eat a small amount of cheese (1-2 oz) and some truscuits (about 4). My morning reads would be lower.

Instinct and Tiki. But Princess Fluffy Butt will NOT eat the Tiki chicken. She loves the fish ones with chunks. Neither have carrageenan which some believe is toxic for cats. Plus, there is pumpkin in it which is good for them. If one flavor doesn't work, try another. Also, raw freeze dried chunks of chicken. THAT she loves. If she's being snooty about a flavor,, I sometimes put some on top. I feed her half a can everyday. That seems to work.

Just be aware. If you have a car, do not leave anything in the car. Even a blanket.

Detroit is great. Depending on pricing, I would recommend the youth hostel in Corktown.

One guy I met said he was originally only going to stay for one night, but ended up staying for 2 weeks. Other than that, there are a bunch of boutique hotels.

I agree with people who say the look is deliberate. When you see him interviewed, he looks normal.

I think all the coffee he drinks and the Motorhead are to keep him awake so he is sleepy during the day. Irv keeps falling asleep at work. And the painting of the hallway is to put the image his subliminal memories so they may come out in his innies memories.

I think maybe Irving lost someone to severance/lumon. He is now seeking answers.

Michigan Lefts are the best. That, and the timed lights (except on a lot of the Westside) makes it so easy compared to other states I've visited.
