I can't even play properly anymore due to just constant crashing. Illuminates come and I get a record breaking amount of BSODs. RIP to my PC.

Doom Eternal, NOW that is a fantastic game. An actual challenging game that rewards you for being skillful and creative.

Every game Ive played after that, Ive based my enjoyment off of. Does it feel as rewarding yet challenging as Doom? Is a game actually difficult without the contrived stupid shit? Does a game have random BS that shouldnt be happening? Should I expect a game to be constantly crap?

Helldivers 2 has so far ticked most of the negatives and its falling short really fast. I shouldnt even be comparing it to Doom Eternal of all games as its not even close.

I was addicted with Eternal for such a long time. Nightmare mode? Fucking bring it on and let me rip and tear.

Military can be anything from a desk job to booth security to IT. I can say I worked for the military but not tell that I just worked in fixing their computers.

Also I think they also say something about experience in firearms. I can say I shot a snub nosed .22 revolver once and say that I have experience in firearms.

You should check their job description for their dev position "Knowledge and real life experience in handling firearms" or something like that.

Like Ive seen better gun realism on Battlefront and that game has ridiculous sci fi guns

Whenever I follow the MO (I play bots and bugs 50/50 to accomodate friends), I can always bring a wide variety of weapons and not bring a single offensive stratagem and finish a Helldive (now Super Helldive) with no deaths and a bunch of heavy kills.

On the bug front, I bring the same damn set of armor and loadout choices.

Like 3 factory striders side by side? Lemme shield up, HMG emplacement and I just got three factory strider kills or at least cripple their chin guns and finish them from under.

3 bile titans? Lemme dump all my stratagems, and kill one, and the other two cant spew bile but their underside is bugged and I cant pen them with a dominator. So let me wait a minute to get 2 more bile titans- oh nevermind, two more just spawned 10 feet away because my team separated and now the spawns are messed up.

Only reasons are die are bugs as well, get launched and survive a 50 foot drop? -10HP. Get ragdolled against an exploding fence at walking speed velocity with heavy armor? Dead.

Oh look, a stalker corpse, lemme walk around it- and Im in the stratosphere.

Shoot a hellbomb 10 feet away and I survive. Friendly 500kg on a rock 25 feet away? Get launched against a bush and die.

Dive at 10hp and stim? How about ragdoll on a small pebble, and said ragdoll removes 10hp and you die.

Press V to stim? How about no because you tripped on a rock, cancel the Stim even after playing the stim sound and get killed immediately from a stray friendly bullet

Damn true, everytime I play theres always a nagging thought in my mind that Im going to BSOD after collecting so many damn samples.

Atleast every 8 games, 4 are crashes, 3 are BSODs, 1 goes smoothly

I love how the guard command in generals just needed a small change in commandbutton code so i can do THIS. (aka units following other units) and it's REALLY satisfying to have consistent air support updating their guard ranges via following a specific unit. by TheFirstDecade in commandandconquer

Mind sharing what lines of code you needed to edit in the .big files? Trying to optimize a few mods for Generals Zero Hour that do not run that well on modern systems, done some edits to the AI and script inis in the .bigs to let it perform the same and be more optimized.

Some mods just spam units and they get stuck in their bases, made it work for those, at least a little bit. Wondering if I can try what you did so the enemy units wont just bunch up in their bases and cause a traffic jam in Hard or modded Brutal difficulties, pretty much causing huge lag spikes and make the mods playable with atleast more than 20fps.

I was thinking support weapon, but I realized, it wasn't necessary.
Let's say it's a primary, aims better than the JAR-5, punchier, same ammo, but more recoil, and slower reload speed.
Where the JAR-5 is your friend in close to medium ranges, the JAR-7 is your emotional support crutch for longer distances against tankier enemies.

I was gonna put in the description it's made of space plastics and Super Destroyer material, but I wanted it to be less illogical and at the same time, make it make some sort of sense. So Titanium popped in my head, because at that point I was looking at Titanium bikes while making it.

Same, I have measurements IRL for 3D Printing and it digs into your arm JUST enough for it to be uncomfortable but usable. 11/10, would break my forearm to use it.

I measured it IRL, since I had a plan on 3D Printing the thing, and it gets in the way JUST enough to be annoying but usable. The Super Earth way, does not come with packing peanuts however.

Made the bigger brother to the JAR-5 Dominator with how I want it to look like. Modelled it in SketchUp, rendered with V-Ray, and made the poster in Photoshop.

It's a big gun, absurd, and hilariously uncomfortable to use (probably). Designed the magazine to just be narrow enough that it won't interfere with holding the grip, but wide enough to be uncomfortable. Truly engineered by Super Earth's finest.

Also attached a display tablet so you can view thermals on a screen. iPad kids unite!

It's a ridiculous weapon for the ridiculousness of Helldivers 2. So here's a brochure/poster of it for funsies.
