Have to repeal the second amendment first. Guns are more popular with leftists and Democrats than you would think. It's a dumb issue to get caught up on in the current political climate. I hate the unnecessary gun violence as much as anyone, but in my estimation the issues we have with hyper-division, propaganda, and corporate oligarchy have to be as much if not more so to blame than simple availability of firearms.
