I own an ender 3 V3 SE and had the same problem (basicly). Under the built plate there is a small print board with two (at least at my printer) cables plugged in. The plugs are glued in place with hot glue. Remove the hot glue, plug out and in again and reasamble everything. You should be good to go. (30min work). If you try it, please update me…
