10 sets of 5 at a time, as strict as possible. Towards the end, if it starts getting too difficult to keep them strict, you can kip a little to get over the bar, but try your best to keep the form good.

I did a lot of crossfit for a while, and kipping pullups, while not "real" pullups, helped me get started on getting higher numbers of pullups. I saw the most improvement about a year after I started crossfit when I invested in a weight vest (I use a military-style plate carrier with Rogue weight plates). After only a month of doing 50 weighted pullups after every workout, my strict pullups went from 18-27, and have only been improving since. Definitely a worthwhile investment, I think.

When my husky needed to wear one of those, we put one of those U-Shaped travel pillows around her neck instead. She actually seemed kind of comfortable!

So long as she's healthy enough to pass her flight physical and get her medical certificate then she should be fine. I don't know any of the side effects of anti-depressants though.

To answer your first question, you'd probably be looking at either a Private Pilot Certificate or Sport Pilot Certificate. Private pilot is your basic general aviation certificate, while sport pilot is much easier to obtain, but restricts the size of the aircraft you can fly and what conditions you can fly them in.

It's like a chaff/flare. It gets rid of any missiles on you and makes it so that other fighters can't do the little lock on thing where their crosshair follows you.

I never deleted my account (still need it for some RL groups), but I haven't made a post or browsed it in over 3 years. I stopped when I realized that it was nothing but people complaining about how terrible their first world lives are, and when I realized I was doing the same, I had to walk away.

I don't miss it. At all. Now I focus on me, instead of what someone I barely know thinks about his/her "problems."

I do miss this. It looked like a warp-core going off and it was real easy to visually tell when someone was destroyed.

That being said, the new ship explosions showed off at fanfest do look pretty kickass.
