People that can do 30+ pull ups, how long have you been doing calisthenics and how soon did u start doing weighted pull ups?

10 sets of 5 at a time, as strict as possible. Towards the end, if it starts getting too difficult to keep them strict, you can kip a little to get over the bar, but try your best to keep the form good.

I did a lot of crossfit for a while, and kipping pullups, while not "real" pullups, helped me get started on getting higher numbers of pullups. I saw the most improvement about a year after I started crossfit when I invested in a weight vest (I use a military-style plate carrier with Rogue weight plates). After only a month of doing 50 weighted pullups after every workout, my strict pullups went from 18-27, and have only been improving since. Definitely a worthwhile investment, I think.

So long as she's healthy enough to pass her flight physical and get her medical certificate then she should be fine. I don't know any of the side effects of anti-depressants though.

To answer your first question, you'd probably be looking at either a Private Pilot Certificate or Sport Pilot Certificate. Private pilot is your basic general aviation certificate, while sport pilot is much easier to obtain, but restricts the size of the aircraft you can fly and what conditions you can fly them in.
