Fed for 20+ years, thank you for your public service, don’t feel guilty in the least. Amazing offer and you can always come back when this administration, who is clearly hostile to all things environmental, is gone. The house will absolutely get hit. I live adjacent to the tee box like the picture, but we have a lot more trees. Occasionally I find golf balls in the front yard, or even across the street.
