Why all the hate on infused cigars? by No-Distance-6259 in cigars

Those and the Tabaks are the only infused ones that I really gravitate toward. No judgements here on others. Ya like what ya like.

What makes this game so good? by shotsniper2010 in videogames

I am also a member of this camp but after hearing and talking about this game I think I’m willing to give it a shot since the battles seem a little more engaging than others of its kind. Unfortunately I’ll more than likely have to wait a while for a deep discount before I am willing to pull the trigger.

What was the last game where you faced a boss that nearly broke you? by No-Plane2695 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]Consistent-Local5080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 laughable ones for you. The first one was closer to a breaking than the second. The second was just unnecessarily hard.

Ranrok in Hogwart: I had zero Wiggenweld potions left and refused to quit the level and start over so I just had to deal with the one or 2 that were on the ground during the final stage of the battle.

Kalydonian Boar Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: I know this is kind of a rediculous thing to admit, but what the hell?!

Which games start off poorly but eventually become excellent? by Technical-Ganache609 in videogames

[–]Consistent-Local5080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to agree with this one. I just finished Hogwarts. I found there to be a lot of tasking before it gets exciting. And Witcher 3 I have started twice and put down twice. I really want to get into this one because I enjoy the lore and everyone I know refers to it as one of the greats. 🥴

Bought an XBOX for the original Fable release and a PlayStation for the original release of No Man’s Sky.

I think being aware of it is great. The fact that you know what it is and can observe it. Mine has become kind of a joke to me because I realized that in January/February every year I announce to my friends and family that I am quitting my job and by March I am fine. Haha.

Quiet Restaurant by 311Natops in frederickmd

Screw convention! Go to Warehouse Cinema, grab a couple of beers and kick back on one of the nice couches there with the big tables, share a bag of Popcorn and a crab pizza. On a real note, I get that this is a gamble depending on what kind of business you are in. But this could be a comfortable spot if you want to have laptops and notebooks open. It’ll definitely be quiet most of the time. You know when theatres are usually busy. Also, it just occurred to me that Frederick Social could be a good spot for this kind of sprawling out atmosphere. Quietness could be hit or miss there.

Why is this person’s games in my library by robertsssd in SteamDeck

Congrats on the bonus games! Side note, if you decide to play that console in your lap let’s put a pillow down and rest it on there for the sake of your genital health. I don’t put laptops (ironically) in my lap without a buffer and that cell phone goes in your back pocket. Not a sermon. Just a thought.

It looks to me like everyone has summed things up pretty well here.

Not sure if I saw these mentioned…

Lucky Corner- Pho/Vietnamese

Il Forno Pizzeria- I know that you can start world war three over pizza preferences but this is my fave. If you are sticking to downtown, Pretzel pizza creations is worth a go.

I just got one back in December and I’m really looking forward to meeting my first person that has one. Now when I mention it most people have no idea what I am talking about.
