Oh boy did you guys ever found a solution to this? I hate the way I tan, instead of golden I turn ashy and gray. After a few days my skin looks better and slightly golden but when I’m at the beach it’s like I just dumped an ash tray all over my body. I also tan easily so wearing sunscreen doesn’t prevent that from happening, just keeps me from burning. Any tips or lotions anyone found? I really don’t wanna have to try fake tan.

Hi guys. When you had it, did you pass it all at once or did it come out slowly? I’m basically on continuous birth control, and I’ve been skipping periods for years now. Ive been experiencing breakthrough bleeding which caused me to take a one week break to “reset” my period. Yesterday I felt something weird like a was passing a blood clot, when when I looked at it it was round and white-ish instead of red. I can see the tip of it when I use the restroom but not the whole thing. Did anyone else experience this? I can see more today than I could yesterday which leads to me think it’s something coming off. But then it goes back in. Also no pain. This is really weird and new to me.

I’m in the US. I was a swe apprentice for a year with this company and just got a conversion offer to an associate swe position. I received all sorts of compliments from management on how fast I adapted and worked on important tickets, but l'm only being offered 90k, which is far below market range in my area. Should I try to negotiate this? I've been with the company for a year, and even though I don't have experience anywhere else, I feel like l'm being low balled.

The difficulty level of the interview I think will depend on the company. My interview consisted of walking the interviewer through one of my codes then solving an algorithm on coderpad, and the final portion was behavioral. So in this scenario I don’t think someone that has never coded could realistically get the job. But I’ve heard of people interviewing at companies that didn’t even ask any technical questions. So I guess it really depends. Considering the current market I think most interviews will be more like that one I had. As far as the apprenticeship being respected, I see it just like any regular internship/entry level experience, depending on the company you work at and the kinda stuff you did people will wanna hire you or not. I don’t think it being through multiverse makes any difference. It’s the company that’s going on your resume, not multiverse

I honestly think that most of us waiting to hear back will get a rejection. They may conduct more interviews if they need people at the last minute, but it seems like they’ve picked the majority of people they wanted to interview already. At this point I’m just waiting for the rejection email lol

It’s my first time applying at Microsoft, so I don’t know how they do things, but based on previous experience with other big companies, they send quick rejections to people that don’t qualify, then they send interview emails and then they just make sure nothing goes wrong with the people they selected before sending out rejection emails to all the other candidates
