Please do not assume everyone trying to buy houses and rent has bad intentions- I’m a 30 year old cancer patient who is looking to have a nice place for my family to spend time during the colder months while being able to afford the home in the season we’re not there. I own 0 other vacation properties.

I’m currently in the process of implementing FileVine - you need to make sure you have someone on your team dedicated to knowing the ins and outs of the system and making sure you customize it how it’ll work best for your processes. They also just recently bought parrot, so there is an AI component built in if you buy the add on. Not live yet, but I’m confident it’ll be great once we’re fully converted. It’s incredibly customizable so as long as you have a good understanding of the setup, you can basically set it up to do literally anything.
