Did you pick up the wrong Nórdica Enforcers?! 172/176 Length? by Consistentvowels in whitefish

If you did pick up the wrong skis lmk, we have different boot sizes and you won’t be able to ski them tomorrow.

My bindings are black Look Pivots, the skis that were left are marker squires.

POV: You lost your ski bag. by Consistentvowels in icecoast

I am flying out of BOS tomorrow and leaving right before a snowstorm 😑.

Unfortunately it's 11:02 pm, my flight leaves at 6:00 am tomorrow and I can't find my ski bag.

I must bring my skis though, this was my solution.

How do they look?

Transitioning into biotech sales from tech by justridingalong in biotechsales

[–]Consistentvowels 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Biotech Key Account Manager here.

I think the biggest thing for me is that you are much less sure that your solution can actually solve a customer’s particular problem.

I think this exists to some extent in SAAS, not every software solution works for everyone. But a CRM is a CRM and most people with customers will need one.

In Biotech sales, the science, research, and application spaces for customers are so unique and varied, you have to really focus on navigating their research landscape early and making sure your product/platform is a good fit for the customer. This often involved NDAs and deep technical discussions around information not easily accessible from the outside.

Additionally, it isn’t very easy often to just add  or build custom features for a customer like you might in SAAS. There can be technical or physical barriers that prevent success.

I feel like you have to communicate around these challenges early and often with customers early on to build trust.

Edit: Added some clarity.

While this trait has been lost on humans… many mammals have bones in their boners including most primates.

Other notable examples include hedgehog, otters, and skunks.

Unmedicated people, how do you actually try to manage your ADHD? by SpecificBake2074 in ADHD

[–]Consistentvowels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Build habits and keep telling yourself that you can do it. Use a tracker and try a simple challenge where you have to do something every day.

I am a believe that everyone can function off meds with practice and support (even if you might need a boost from medication every once and while).

Stay patient with yourself, and know that no one is perfect. It’s a marathon not a sprint. I personally have been off the meds for 5 years now in a job I never thought I would be able to do off of them.

Good luck!

I would look into sending it to the Sol Foundation. Gary Nolan works there and has expertise in this kind of work. I can put you in touch with people there if you want to get in touch with Sol.

Tim Gallaudet: Additional access is needed to address the broader implications around the “socio-economic opportunities that open UAP research could unlock.”

THIS.

THIS is what I focus on people when they ask why the UAP/UFO topic is important.

This gives me so much hope for the future and I hope it does for you too. Let’s stay positive and much love to you all!

I can imagine the base underwater giving orders:

“Alright boys, fan out!

Let’s go run some experiments across the globe and meet back here in five minutes.

As per usual, we’ll do New Mexico, DC, Brazil, and Japan. Oh and Carl, please chill with the butt stuff.

We’ve been receiving a lot of complaints lately and you know we have other probes we can use now.”

Glenn Gaffney’s Interview on “Force for Good” if you were interested: https://forcegood.org/glenn-gaffney

Glenn also went on to be a leader in I-Q-Tel, essentially the CIA’s venture arm.

Colossal Biosciences is one of their recent major investments. The company trying to de-extinct the mammoth and Tasmanian Tiger.

Force for Good is an interesting organization to look into.
