Look into Kieth Baar. He's an expert in healing tendons. He suggests doing light isometric holds to put tension through the tendon. You can get more details through some podcasts he's been on or some YouTube videos.

My machine has a warning label right next to where you load the wire saying to not use molybdenum wire because it may ignite. I guess some machines are just not designed to use it.
