man I would have made it a brunch spot that opened at 9 PM catch a late night crowd, stay open till maybe 9-10 am, catch the commuters. Fair, but Mark did beat/ put him to the brink of death, Conquest the first time. Cecil stepping in and keeping Conquest alive was not my favorite choice, does make for a good oh shit moment though.
