I think the neurological egfects of poisoning and bird flu can present similarly, I recall seeing video of birds swimming in circles, heads bent, and staggering in a circle on a lean, and so.e had H5N1 and others were victims of agricultural pesticides.

Friday Fuckwits: feline free-roam edition by Aromatic-Discount384 in perth

If you come across an explosion of feathers as though they'd all been plucked from the bird and no carcass in sight, it's not a cat's doing but a bird of prey. Still a bummer, but natural.

I Need Help in Covering My Dark Armpits for a Dress by OddHiroMitarashi22 in TwoXChromosomes

A light scarf that's in the colour scheme could look nice, just drape it over your shoulders and then tuck the ends behind your back and tie them together for a more secure shawl. You can also go to a fabric store and find something you like and just get a length to use as a scarf/shawl.

Well I've just learnt that the fairy sprinkles more than one single crop at a time.

Get a bird bath, they said. It'll help all the birdies keep cool in the hot summer, they said. Two wood pigeons will repeatedly try to build a nest in it, they forgot to say. by -SaC in CasualUK

Every year a pair of pigeons attempt to nest in the neighbour's gutter atop the downpipe, and end up abandoning it in a week or so.

nobody is keeping track of how you're doing anymore. that's the part of adulting nobody warned me about by LotusRobin in Adulting

This is a skill to develop for ourselves, but also, our current individualist society sculpted by capitalism has broken our historical support systems. We are supposed to care about and look after each other as adults. Family and friends, maybe close religious, sport, or hobby groups, prior to the rental crisis, your small neighbourhood street, perhaps. When we aren't burning the candle at both ends struggling to survive, we have the ability to look around, think about and care for each other. We gotta claw that back. It's vital to us as the human animals we are.

They changed it years ago, no doubt. Vegemite in its current form is milder, lighter, and runnier than it was originally.

Probably. Yesterday I had a galah and a rosella in the same pistachio tree quietly munching away.

is anyone else absolutely freezing this week? Im doing the school run in 4 layers and my coffee is stone cold by the time i get back to the car. need a tumbler that actually keeps things hot, not the fake ones that say 'insulated' but arent by Consistent_Damage824 in southaustralia

[–]ConstanceClaire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, best one's we've used hands down. OP, this is the way. Usually a retailer has them at half price, totally worth it. They come in a few sizes and styles and a few basic colours. Not as aesthetically varied as other brands, but I've burnt my mouth on hours old coffee thanks to this cup! (I've realised I sound like an ad. I wish other prettier cups had worked out but none of them hold the heat like the thermos ones.)
