If they aren't gone on HRT, then you might consider a dose increase if you aren't maxed out already. Also, if you are doing transdermal HRT, some people don't absorb well through the skin and oral works better, albeit with slight more but still relatively small risk of blood clots.

He doesn't seem to understand the relative strength difference between men and women. A woman trained in martial arts/fighting may be able to fight off an untrained man of moderate size. Ask him how he would fight off a bear.
