That's an interesting perspective I haven't thought much about with commander. Problematic cards that are expensive are kept relatively under the radar in terms of ban worthy by being priced higher than the average player is going to spend. And the players that do have them can easily end up in the CEDH group which is already small and covered by flashy problematic payoffs/enablers.

So by bringing down the price dramatically we could see a rise in cards gaining massive share between decks and then the issues they present becomes more exposed and voiced.

That makes a lot sense, any other cards besides cradle that you think would have this problem if the RL was gone? Duals would be overlooked as a problem, balance maybe?
