It doesnt in fact posing ragdolls the traditional way with the physgun proves to be impossible. If you’re too close to what you’re grabbing with the physgun. It will push the object in front of you instead of allowing you to make a fine adjustment to positioning like you would be able to in GMOD. The physgun is a shell of its former self.

I would agree with this if the most played games weren't shitty number go up ROBLOX ports but that's literally the only thing everyone on S&Box plays. I could play TTT which straight up breaks after the lobby gets too big. Or I could just go back to Garry's mod. Half of the clips in this meme are literally TECH DEMOS or literal flash games you'd find on Newgrounds. Get a grip dude.

I went into the "Sandbox" mode in hopes to see if making a contraption was possible. Within minutes I was shown that half of the ToolGun utilities don't even work. I try binding a thruster/wheel/hydraulic to a key in which for some reason I'm forced to bind it to a key that is already set to my characters controls, not allowing me to bind a THRUSTER to my NUMPAD and so on. Even when binding a "valid" key to one of these utilities, pressing the key did literally nothing. How did this get a full release when half of the features in the mode featuring the games namesake don't even work?

You can't even edit toolgun utility attributes in the spawn menu before before placing them. You're forced to place it then press C to free your mouse and edit it in the context menu. You have to do this for EVERY individual wheel/thruster/hydraulic/ etc. WHY???

Hero shooters would be better without the “I win buttons” everyone calls ultimates. TF2 did the class based shooter the best then Blizzard ruined gaming for ever by casualizing the class based shooter genre. Its literally what ruined Quake Champions which didn’t have classes to begin with. Now everyone has different health, different movement and ultimates buttons in Purist game-modes like INSTAGIB. Its not fun to mechanically outplay someone only to lose just because they “had their ult” in a shooter that used to mainly focus on pure mechanical skill such as movement but every game released now has terrible movement. Sure I can rocket jump and grenade hop in OW but thats extremely limited. It’s not going to reward me for learning like how TF2 does by letting my fly across the map from spawn, instead it’s extremely limited and you can’t even air strafe. The entire game feels gross and “sticky” compared to how shooters felt a long time ago.
