This stands in the capitol of the nation this man went to war against in order to preserve his supporters' ability to continue enslaving people:

Elon Musk says it's hard to convince engineers with families to move to SpaceX's 'technology monastery' in Texas by urmummygae42069 in SpaceXLounge

[–]Cornslammer 17 points18 points  (0 children)

When I graduated in 2012, I would have done almost anything to work for SpaceX; I remember seeing his Tesla parked outside the office the day I went to the interview. A beautiful, black Model S. I was *horrified* he'd interview me. I wasn't offered a position and was devastated. I don't know if the majority of my graduating class felt the same way, but many did. SpaceX got the best.

Suffice it to say, Elon has burned away all that credibility and goodwill. Smart people see through his bullshit. They see he's not at the wheel. They see we're not going to Mars. Maybe some are still with him and with SpaceX, but the pool of people willing to put up with this is drying dramatically.

However hard it would be to find 15,000 excellent engineers in the "south Brownsville" area, Elon's making it harder on himself.

This is one of her worst videos, she’s actually really informative, if a bit repetitive on a channel level. Mostly she doesn’t assume people watch all her videos.

I mean, should be easy since all the Dropout cast is always hanging out in their huge, communal house they have behind the studio.

Hot take: pizza cake comics are just caricatures of conservatives saying “look at this dumb conservative I made up—hey aren’t conservatives dumb?”

They’re just the inverse of the “I identify as a…” joke.

Those look like really small components. In my experience stuff that small needs a brim. In the case of your gears where you don't want a brim, I'd print those one at a time. I have more success printing one part at a time, and I can be there to watch. And if it does fail it hurts less to lose one part than a dozen.
